  1. Firstly cut the bread slices into pieces & then crumble with your hands.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin, mustard seeds & hing to it.
  3. Then add urad dal, curry leaves & chilli. cook it for a minute.
  4. Then add onions & cook for 2mins on high flame.
  5. Then add veggies
  6. Add spices & cook on high flame.
  7. Add water and mix.
  8. Then add bread crumbs/pieces, 1/2tbsp coriander leaves & mix well on medium flame.
  9. Once done cover this with a lid. switch off the flame & keep it for 5mins.
  10. Serve with garnishing of coriander leaves.
